Dublin, DublinPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with the talent acquisition team, and after that I went through four technical rounds.

The thing that really stood out was that none of the technical rounds felt directly related to the role I was applying for.

It made the process feel more like gathering general signal about what I could do, rather than evaluating how I would perform in the specific team or responsibilities. That mismatch made the whole journey feel slightly frustrating.

I didn’t get an offer. The experience left me with the sense that the technical rounds weren’t aligned closely enough with the job scope.
