ServiceNow Software Engineer interview experience

The hiring manager told me my skills aligned well with what they were looking for, so at the time it felt promising.

After that, the waiting started. I heard nothing for months, and eventually I received an automatic rejection while the same job posting kept getting reposted. The whole situation felt like ghosting, and it was hard not to take personally how much time got wasted.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. What I remember most was the contrast between positive signals early on and then the abrupt automated closure that came long after.
