My process for ServiceNow felt pretty direct and centered on two parts: a coding round followed by a behavior round.

The coding side was framed around the typical software engineer evaluation—coding plus algorithms and data structures, with attention to problem-solving, debugging, and how I communicated while working through the problem. The behavioral part focused on cultural fit and also discussions about my past projects and engineering principles.

Overall, the experience landed on the easier side for me, and it matched the way I expected an interview to feel: clear components and no surprises in what they wanted to see. I ended up getting an offer.
