My recruiter interaction felt extremely unprofessional.

The questions were basically the top 10 interview prompts you’d find by searching online, and the recruiter didn’t even take time to check my resume or really connect the questions to my experience.

The call felt robotic and disconnected—I didn’t even get a real introduction, and it never established why those questions were relevant. Even the communication from the recruiters afterwards felt unresponsive, so it added to the frustration.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I’m left with is that the process wasted time more than it evaluated fit.
