ServiceNow Software Engineer interview experience

Across the technical interviews, the focus stayed on engineering skills and fit for the level.

One thing that stood out to me while speaking with an interviewer was that they leaned on an internal framework instead of open-source options. That made the experience feel a bit more closed-off than I was expecting, but the rest of the rounds were still fairly standard in structure. I didn’t receive an offer.
