One thing that stood out immediately was how positive and encouraging the team felt throughout.

Recruiter communication was quick, and the conversations didn’t have the usual negative edge that I sometimes associate with interviews.

The interviews themselves went smoothly, and it didn’t feel like I was being set up for failure. Everyone I spoke with was easy to talk to, and there wasn’t a sense that the process was dragging without purpose.

I ended up getting an offer. Reflecting on it now, I think the biggest difference was the overall tone—everything felt respectful and organized, and that made it easier to focus on performing well rather than worrying about the process.
