Seagate Software Engineer interview experience

There were two managers and a staff engineer reviewing me, and the early focus was very specific: my knowledge of C++.

After that, they reviewed my academic performance. The timeline then moved into something unusual compared with a typical tech screen—I was asked to perform a body check up. About a week later, I received the offer and signed the letter.

It felt like a straightforward process with clear checkpoints. What stood out to me was how quickly it went from technical questioning into administrative steps, and how efficiently the decision moved once those boxes were checked.
