I went through an eLitmus aptitude test as the first stage, and then there were technical rounds before I was called in for an interview at Seagate’s Bangalore center.

The aptitude test was the part that really caught me off guard—it was tough and the time felt tight.

For the technical interview, it seemed to depend heavily on how well I knew my subject, rather than on trick questions. That made the whole round feel fair but high-pressure, because there wasn’t much room to compensate if my fundamentals weren’t strong.

It didn’t feel like an easy ride, but it also didn’t feel random—my performance mapped directly to my depth of knowledge. I came away feeling like I had to be sharper on time management and core concepts.
