Longmont, COPosted May 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt a bit drawn out because it involved a lot of people and different times, even though everyone seemed to be asking basically the same questions.

On the technical side, the questions centered on storage and cloud, with references to Python or C, and they wanted me to sound grounded in the latest storage trends.

Honestly, it wasn’t the kind of setup where I felt like I was being ambushed. The impression I got was that if my technical fundamentals were solid, the conversation would flow, and the storage/cloud topic would be the recurring thread that connected all the interviews together.

By the end, I felt like I had answered in a consistent direction, but the length and repetition definitely stood out. It was like the rigor was spread
