Seagate Software Engineer interview experience

It turned into a one-day interview where I met with a lead engineer from the group, then the group manager, and then the director.

Those conversations were focused on getting a sense of how I worked and how I fit within the team. After those three discussions, they even gave me a tour of the building, which helped me connect faces and roles to the day-to-day environment.

It felt relaxed compared with what I expected—more like a structured introduction than a stressful gauntlet. I left feeling like the group had already started to view the process as more than just an interrogation.
