Seagate Software Engineer interview experience

A little later I went through the first normal interviews, switching between Thai and English, where the focus was my background and job responsibilities, plus what I was looking for and how the opportunity fit my goals.

The process then moved into two rounds with senior management, again handled in both Thai and English. Those conversations leaned heavily on my experience and where I saw myself, and they felt fairly structured—less like surprises and more like confirming fit across both language and experience. Finally there was an HR call where they talked about an offer and starting date.
