I applied through the careers portal and then received an email to complete a Hirevue one-way interview.

After finishing that, I waited roughly two weeks to get an invitation to an interview.

The interview itself included non-LeetCode technical questions and behavioral questions. The people I spoke with were genuinely kind and patient, and I noticed they seemed to respond well to seeing my personality, not just my technical answers.

I ended up getting an offer, but for a different position a week later rather than the exact role I originally interviewed for. Overall, it was a positive experience and the timeline felt reasonable.
