My flow started with a telephone background check focused on technology, basically an intro to my technical comfort.

Then I moved into the first screening round where we discussed my technology and work experience.

They also asked about technological awareness—plus some basic questions on SQL tied into the conversation. The emphasis wasn’t on deep algorithm puzzles; it was more about grounding and making sure my experience aligned with what they expected.

It was an easy experience overall. I didn’t get an offer, but it didn’t feel like I was battling for every point—more like they were validating fit step by step.
