My management experience in the interview process felt easy and supportive.

I remember how the people leading the discussion were accommodating, and that made it straightforward to stay focused.

The communication side was also smooth. Pressure didn’t land as intensely on me as I expected, largely because the management style felt very helpful and the interaction stayed constructive.

I didn’t get an offer, but honestly the experience didn’t feel adversarial at all. The thing I walked away with was a strong sense that the interviewers were there to understand me rather than to corner me.
