The process started with a hiring manager call that lasted about 30 minutes.

The hiring manager was friendly and professional, and the way the conversation flowed made it obvious they had a strong software development background.

Most of the questions were tied directly to what was on my resume—so the whole call felt like a focused walkthrough of my past experience and how it related to the position.

I didn’t get an offer. Even so, the interview itself felt fair and grounded, because it stayed consistent with my stated experience rather than pulling in random topics.
