My process moved quickly and felt friendly from the recruiter all the way through the hiring manager.

I didn’t wait long between steps, and I got clear feedback along the way.

They ran four rounds: a basic phone screen, then a coding challenge session with a 30-minute window that included two tasks, followed by a technical phone screen with the hiring manager, and finally a face-to-face interview. Even though the technical portion had some structure, the environment felt supportive and not overly intense.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the main takeaway for me was how efficiently everything was handled—quick scheduling, polite interviewers, and a straightforward progression.
