SAP Concur Customer Success Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

BengaluruPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first thing I noticed was how smooth the process felt from a communication standpoint.

There was frequent, flexible communication, and the HR team was responsive in a way that kept things from feeling chaotic.

The interview process was described as standardized and structured, with about three to four rounds, and it moved in less than a month overall. Because everything was organized and the management team felt supportive and engaged throughout, the experience felt positive even without a final offer.

I didn’t end up being hired. Still, the overall impression I had was that the company cared about maintaining a good candidate experience, not just rushing through interviews.
