I went through a demotivating onsite interview where I was made to wait and then both interviewers delivered abrupt coding-only conversations.

Onsite interview round 1 — I arrived on time but waited about 90 minutes; the interviewer didn’t introduce himself and immediately pushed a coding problem.
Onsite interview round 2 — A similar setup with no context or proper engagement, focused on final answers rather than reasoning. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that the process felt forced and disrespectful even though I answered correctly.
