BengaluruPosted Jul 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a role tied to storage/domain knowledge and went through a longer, onsite-heavy loop with several technical and managerial conversations.

Onsite: technical rounds (2) — Data structures plus domain-specific questions related to storage.
Onsite: managerial round (1) — A people/role fit discussion alongside technical context.
Onsite: technical rounds (US team, 2) — More storage/domain and technical probing.
Onsite: managerial round (1) — Another managerial discussion to round out assessment.
Final HR round (India) — HR discussion focused on the job offer. Outcome: I didn’t report getting the offer, but the takeaway is that this path was deep on domain + multiple management checkpoints.
