Atlanta, GAPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an on-campus path that then escalated into two phone interviews and a very long onsite day with many short segments.

On-campus interview — A one-hour discussion focused on college projects, internships, and motivation.
Phone interview (HR) — A separate HR call.
Phone interview (manager) — A manager call following HR.
Onsite (many interviews) — A full onsite day with many group-manager interviews, each about half an hour. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that staying consistent across many fast evaluations mattered.
