Milpitas, CAPosted Mar 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

At a campus recruiting event, my interview performance was evaluated through detailed project and semiconductor-device questions, alongside a tour that made the day feel immersive.

On-campus recruiting event — There were many candidates for device/circuit roles; I interviewed with five engineers and one HR.
Projects + follow-up device detail — Most questions drilled into my resume’s projects/research, and they asked for additional semiconductor-device understanding.
Lab/office tour — I toured labs, the office, and the gym. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that they pushed for depth on semiconductor fundamentals tied to your work.
