I interviewed in a half-day onsite loop that felt moderately easy technically, with the emphasis mostly on my past experience.

Onsite (half-day, four people) — I met four interviewers; one staff engineer asked friendly questions that weren’t very hard.
Deep technical C/C++ round — Another engineer asked more demanding C/C++ “tricks,” showing deep understanding.
Senior engineer + hiring manager — A very senior engineer joined with mostly non-technical questions, and the hiring manager focused on my experience. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they balanced approachable questions with at least one deep technical C/C++ evaluation.
