Milpitas, CAPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews were mostly professional and basic-to-moderate in difficulty, with a couple of scheduling/interaction quirks and an emphasis on flash-related knowledge.

Resume/fit + basic flash questions — One experience included resume review and basic NAND operation questions, with the manager accommodating my schedule because I had a vacation planned.
Two technical interviews (team leader + manager) — Another journey had a team leader interview focused on C embedded-style topics like scheduling, memory allocation, and stack size, followed by a manager interview pressing on software design (including an alarm program with keyboard input). Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they tested practical flash/software concepts
