I interviewed for this role with a relatively focused theme—phone plus a small onsite—over about two weeks, and it felt overall positive.

Phone interview (senior manager) — A conversation after applying, with the senior manager describing responsibilities in detail.
Onsite (1:1 with multiple team members) — I interviewed with four team members; questions centered on NAND flash and basic VLSI, with some basic programming questions because firmware programming was part of the work. Outcome: I was given an offer after a couple of weeks; the takeaway was that being solid in NAND/VLSI basics and showing firmware readiness helped.
