My interview journey was built around a technical presentation and then a lot of probing follow-ups.

I started with a short presentation about my resume and my research, and then I was pulled into multiple question rounds in a structured STAR format. The STAR-style prompts meant they cared about specifics—what I did, how I handled tradeoffs, and how it turned out—not just high-level claims.

After that initial presentation questioning, the rest stayed technically oriented, with further discussion that revisited what I’d already covered. I also got a tour of the facility as part of the experience, which made the interview feel grounded in the real environment rather than purely academic.
