Salesforce Full Stack Engineer interview experience

I went through four rounds: three technical conversations and one behavioral round.

The last round involved two people at once, and it also had an odd detail: the backend interviewer didn’t appear to have prepared questions. Still, the overall flow felt fine to me, and it didn’t come across as especially hard. I was mostly left with the sense that the interviewers were trying to get a read on my technical thinking and communication, without turning it into an overly adversarial experience.
