Salesforce Solutions Engineer interview experience

I realized Salesforce was heavily pushing for return-to-office, which meant even roles that could be handled remotely were still looking for people who were near a specific office location.

That requirement came through strongly enough that it felt like a major filter before anything else could truly move forward. I had to consider self-relocation if I was serious about the job.

Because of that, the process ended without an offer, and the biggest takeaway for me was how strongly location expectations shaped the overall experience, regardless of how feasible remote work might have been.
