My view of the hiring process came through as structured and panel-based, and it felt intentional that the panel experience was designed to be equitable across candidates inside and outside the company.

I heard that it would often include a business case depending on the role, and the way they described it was that they’d support the process rather than leave candidates completely on their own.

What stayed with me most was that the goal wasn’t just to test me in isolation, but to run a consistent format and make the steps clear. That professionalism reduced some of the uncertainty I usually associate with big-company panels.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall impression was that the process was thoughtful and standardized.
