The first contact I had was structured from the start, and it felt like the company was aiming for a thorough fit check for a software role in an R&D–heavy environment.

I moved through several stages where I spoke with manager-level interviewers first and then finished with HR.

I was kept in the loop enough to understand what was coming next, and the process felt deliberate—like they were trying to match me not just to the job description but also to how their teams worked.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall impression was that the process had real organization behind it and focused on fit for a research-led group.
