Saint-Gobain Software Engineer interview experience

I didn’t get any heavy surprises; it mainly centered on walking through my previous experiences and explaining how they fit the role. The interviewer kept things straightforward, and the overall call didn’t feel adversarial.

What stood out most was how streamlined it felt. There wasn’t a long run-up of extra steps or confusing logistics, and the flow of the conversation matched what I expected from a first screen. By the end, I felt like I’d had a fair chance to communicate my background, even though the round itself was fairly light technically.
