Atlanta, GAPosted Sep 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Sage emailed and called to set up phone interviews, and the process was communicative from the start.

First, I had a call that explained how the hiring process worked and asked me to submit a portfolio. Once I sent that in, they scheduled another phone interview, and after that I went into an in-person interview.

The structure felt fairly straightforward: recruiter context up front, then portfolio submission as a gate, then successive phone-to-in-person steps. Still, I didn’t end up receiving an offer.

What I took away from the experience was that they ran the logistics cleanly, but the outcome still depended on how I landed during the later conversations after the portfolio stage.
