Sage Software Engineer interview experience

At stage two and stage three, I ended up in panel-style conversations, with multiple people joining for the competency and then a final values-led, experiential discussion. It was the kind of format where you could feel the focus shifting from “tell me about yourself” to “show how you think and how you’ve worked.”

Between those conversations, there was also a more assessment-centre vibe: I had a welcome presentation, then a group task, and finally an individual interview that lasted about an hour. That mix made the process feel longer and more involved than a simple back-to-back interview
