My process moved from a video stage into a full-day assessment event.

I first completed a recorded video-style session, and once that was successful I was invited to an assessment centre.

At the full-day event, there was a requirement to prepare a presentation as part of what they planned for the day. I also experienced some additional interview components after that prep, but the presentation requirement was the part that really made the day feel substantial.

I didn’t receive an offer, and I ended up feeling like the process was more commitment-heavy than I expected because it required prep before the on-site portion.
