Rubrik Software Engineer interview experience

The panel was made up mostly of ex–big tech engineers, and the vibe was very focused. The interview mix included the sort of basic coding questions I expected, but there were also design questions that felt more unique than standard prompts. I left the onsite feeling like I’d been tested in a way that went beyond pure algorithm practice, and it ultimately worked out—I received an offer.
