Rubrik Software Engineer interview experience

He responded quickly and scheduled an hour-long coding phone screen with an engineer. The interview itself was surprisingly pleasant—my interviewer was patient, kept things moving, and gave hints at the points where I was getting stuck. He also sounded genuinely engaged throughout.
