I went through an intensive, multi-stage interview that tested both technical breadth and scenario reasoning using .NET, system design, and microservices themes.

Technical round — I was evaluated on .NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
System design / scenario-based round — I worked through real-time problems involving SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and microservices architecture.
Managerial round — I discussed collaboration, project experience, and client handling. Outcome: In one case I received supportive follow-through and an offer; in another, the process ended without a role due to cancellation—so the takeaway is that the technical bar was high but the final outcome could be driven by process/role availability.
