I interviewed for a Software Engineer role that felt fairly smooth and realistic, with technical questions grounded in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL.

HR screen / coordination — HR provided clear communication and support, outlining the role and environment.
Technical round — I was asked practical, real-world questions tied to C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL (rather than purely theoretical topics), reflecting typical work scenarios.
Role alignment / next steps — The interviewers were professional and welcoming, and the process stayed informative about where I stood. Outcome: I didn’t move forward in this group, but the takeaway was that the process was engaging and oriented toward day-to-day engineering.
