I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a fairly quick, fresh-graduate-friendly flow where conceptual questions were shallow, then the technical portion ran for a short window before HR.

Technical screen (concepts + basics) — I was asked conceptual questions rather than deep dives, consistent with a fresh graduate level.
Technical Q&A (30–40 minutes) — The interviewer continued with technical questions for roughly 30–40 minutes.
HR right after technical — Immediately after the technical portion, I went into an HR discussion. Outcome: I didn’t proceed in one case, but in the other I received an offer right after the HR step—the takeaway is that for junior profiles, the process emphasized basic understanding and communication more than complex problem
