I experienced a lengthy but easy early-stage interview flow that started online and relied heavily on my internship details.

Online initial interview — I was asked basic questions like my name and other introductory items.
Career portal follow-up — they reviewed my application on their website and then scheduled the next step.
Internship-focused discussion — the overall process emphasized internship details and how I matched the role. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the early stages were simple but the overall path to hiring felt long.
