Toronto, ONPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a clearly structured Software Engineer hiring loop that felt transparent and professionally run.

Screening to start — an initial recruitment screening step before any technical work.
Technical interviews — technical rounds where I received proper guidance and feedback.
HR interview — a human conversation focused on role/company fit; the overall process was described as transparent.
Finalization — I didn’t have to guess where I stood because the process moved with clear handoffs. Outcome: I received an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how fair and feedback-driven the process felt.
