I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an overall friendly, easy flow that included a small technical task and then HR-style questions.

Technical task + discussion — I completed a technical task and also answered general questions.
Personal/interests questions — I was asked about personal interests alongside general fit.
HR conversation — in one journey, the process explicitly included a technical interview followed by HR, and it ended with an offer being sent. Outcome: In the smoother version I received an offer; the takeaway was that a cooperative interview style made the experience low-stress.
