I experienced a highly unprofessional recruitment journey where scheduling, communication quality, and transparency were poor from the start.

Recruiter coordination (miscommunication + language issues) — I dealt with a recruiter who couldn’t speak clearly in English, didn’t ask about my availability, and scheduled interviews without adequate context.
Unclear feedback and repeated follow-ups — When I asked questions, I often got unrelated answers, and after a decline I had to chase for feedback. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that weak recruiter coordination can make even a potentially workable role feel impossible to navigate.
