I went through an interview process that was light on real technical evaluation in one case, and in another I faced a two-round technical depth check, both without a smooth long-term follow-through.

Initial contact / discussion — one process felt mostly centered on social-media presence, with no real technical round.
Technical round 1 — for the two-round journey, I was asked core Java and questions drawn from my resume/projects.
Technical round 2 — I then handled deeper topics like architecture and security. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the technical seriousness and follow-through varied a lot across experiences.
