I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through three main technical phases plus HR, and while the content felt basic, the overall process dragged.

Written test + GD/GD debate — I started with a written test, followed by a group discussion (or a debate-style GD).
Technical round — I then did a fundamentals-focused technical interview; they emphasized clean communication and basic technical ability.
HR round — The final step was an HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward immediately, and the takeaway was that the interviews were manageable, but delays and uncertain follow-ups were part of the experience.
