HyderābādCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a long, multi-month process involving LOA paperwork and several client/RC-HR steps, but after the final rounds communication stalled.

HR screening + LOA signing — Early on, I did HR screening and signed an LOA related to not backing out.
Client technical round — I completed a client-side technical interview.
Client behavioral round — I then completed behavioral questions with the client.
RC HR compensation/joining round — The final round covered compensation and joining details. Outcome: I didn’t receive the next step, and the takeaway was that once recruiters had your approvals, follow-through could stop despite being “on hold.”
