RoviSys Software Engineer interview experience

The interview involved multiple interviewers in the same session, and they spent a lot of time asking about my scope—what I’d been responsible for and how that translated into delivery. A noticeable theme was their interest in engineers who could think in terms of execution and project management.

I didn’t experience the process as hard technically. Instead, it felt like a direct conversation where they wanted to understand my experience and how I would work with others. I left the interview day feeling like it aligned with what they valued, even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.
