RoviSys Software Engineer interview experience

First, I had a phone conversation where I basically described the job fit. After that, I moved into an online interview with my future manager and others from the team, where the discussion focused on how I approached the work and how I thought about the role.

The final step was a meeting with the manager specifically tied to an offer decision. Overall, the structure was clear—phone, online manager/team, then manager follow-up for the offer—but the difficulty level made it feel like they were taking the evaluation seriously at each stage.
