I applied via referral and got a message from the hiring manager to set up an online interview.

The conversation happened, but after that I never heard back from the recruiter.

Because there was no follow-up or closure, I didn’t have much confidence in how the process would be handled. Eventually I accepted another offer elsewhere.

I didn’t receive a clear answer from Roku after the interview. My reflection was that the silence after the interview made the whole experience feel unreliable.
