I was approached for interviews and did a single interview round that went very well.

I felt good coming out of it, but the follow-through never happened—I basically got ghosted. When I followed up, I was told the interviewer hadn’t provided feedback yet, and that explanation didn’t lead to anything. I kept waiting while other people kept moving, and it felt disrespectful of the time I spent preparing for the session. Ultimately, the lack of transparency made it hard to view the process as anything but unprofessional.
