Rokt Account Executive interview experience

I ended up meeting a variety of people from the team, and almost all of the conversations felt more like relaxed discussions than rigid, prescriptive interrogations.

What stood out most to me was how much they focused on understanding what motivated me and whether that matched the way they operate. The tone wasn’t overly formal, but it still felt intentional and thoughtful, like they were genuinely trying to get to the “fit” part of the interview, not just checklist it. I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with a positive impression of the people and the pace.
